Great to meet you!

I'm a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with nine years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, men's issues, women's issues, grief, and life transitions, as well as those managing chronic health conditions such as diabetes.

I also support women through pregnancy and the postpartum period, helping them navigate the emotional and relational changes that often accompany this season of life. Whether you're adjusting to a new role, coping with loss, balancing family expectations, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, we'll work together to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation. I use humor when it's helpful, offer honest feedback with compassion, and gently challenge you to step outside of old patterns that no longer serve you. My goal isn't to tell you what to do, but to help you build the insight, confidence, and skills to make choices that align with your values and the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

A warm conversation focused on you and your goals.
