I bring years of nursing experience in emergency medicine, critical care, and inpatient psychiatry, providing compassionate care to patients across a wide range of medical and mental health needs. After earning my master’s degree, I transitioned into outpatient psychiatry and have worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Denver since 2019.
My mission is to help patients of any age using a holistic and intuitive approach on mental health. I work with anyone facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, OCD, bipolar disorder, or PTSD. I am devoted to educating my patients on the relationship between experiences, emotions, and our neurobiology in order to find solutions, make change, and thrive.
I provide a thorough psychiatric evaluation and will collaborate with you to make a plan for treatment.
I consider patients all-inclusively, knowing we are unique, and therefore our approach may be medications, de-prescribing, natural supplements, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a mix of all.
