Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, providing whole-person care that recognizes the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and Women's Health, and I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. Outside of my practice, I enjoy traveling, event decorating, and spending quality time with my family. I believe maintaining balance and personal fulfillment is an important part of overall well-being, and I bring that same perspective into the care I provide.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered and collaborative, taking the time to understand each person’s unique story, goals, and needs. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe space. My goal is to help you regain balance, improve your well-being, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where we take time to understand your unique experiences and goals. I provide individualized treatment that may include medication management, therapy, or a combination of both. I am committed to serving my community by making mental health care accessible, personalized, and respectful of each individual’s needs.
