Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, career stress and the effects of trauma. My approach is calm, grounded, and tailored to your needs. Together, we focus on understanding what’s behind your symptoms and building practical tools that support your daily life.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and the relationship matters. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space and a collaborative process so you feel informed and supported along the way. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, I welcome the opportunity to connect.

I also provide Individual and Triadic Associate Supervision. This practice is separate from other agency work I do.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults facing life transitions, anxiety, and relationship challenges. In therapy, we take time to understand what you're experiencing, identify what's getting in the way, and build supportive tools that fit your life. Many clients find greater clarity, relief from stress, and a renewed sense of balance.

My specialties are: Life Transitions, Loss, Separation & Attachment Issues, Stress and Anxiety, Relationship Issues.

More specifically:

Behavioral Issues; Coping Skills; Emotional Regulation; Marital and Premarital Issues; Peer Relationships; Childhood Trauma; Self-Worth; Spirituality & Women's Issues

I draw from approaches such as CBT, SFBT, DBT, mindfulness-based, person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-focused care.

What you can expect from me

Your experience will be collaborative and tailored to your needs. We'll focus on understanding what's driving your concerns, building practical skills, and creating meaningful change in a way that feels manageable and respectful.

Please note, this practice is not able to provide telehealth services for higher-acuity or active safety-related issues. Clients requiring a higher level of care or in-person support will be referred to appropriate services to best meet their needs.
