Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana and Colorado, and I have been working in mental health since 2014. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from Indiana University and a masters degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. I was born and raised in southern Indiana but spent 7 years in Colorado where I obtained my masters and provided psychotherapy for children, teens, families and adults. I returned to Evansville in 2023 to be close to family again.

My approach to therapy

I offer various therapeutic modalities such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and family therapy. I tailor my approach to best meet the unique needs of each client. I am certified in TF-CBT: a structured therapeutic model that can help children and teens heal from trauma.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to navigate life's challenges. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to foster personal growth and healing.
