Great to meet you!

At 10, I fell in love with reading and dove into psychology magazines to understand the invisible forces shaping relationships. This led me to earn a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from CSUN. I'm a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, continuously training to better support those dealing with attachment trauma. I'm the Mr. Rogers of therapy-approachable, nurturing, and encouraging growth while meeting you where you're at.

My approach to therapy

I provide a compassionate and attuned space where clients can explore the impacts of family, culture, and systemic influences while building the self-trust needed to navigate life with clarity and confidence. Healing is an act of resistance, and I am committed to walking alongside those who seek to break free from fear, shame, and limiting beliefs. Tapping into how our brains and bodies naturally work can help in truly making change within a therapeutic space. I won't try to make your thoughts stop, but learn how they function for you in the first place, while helping you explore new adaptive ways of navigating the world.

Together, we will work toward deeper self-awareness, meaningful relationships, and the liberation of your most authentic self.

What you can expect from me

The first few sessions are getting to know each other, exploring your goals for therapy, and for me to learn how you process and for you to explore the therapist-client fit. We explore your strengths and tap into them to see how we can use them to meet your goals. The hardest part of this process can just be finding the person you feel like you can do the work with in a way that feels good to you.
