My Ph.D. Dissertation Research was on the topic of Mentoring as a career enhancing relationship, especially for underserved populations. That is the supportive and client centered & development approach I take with clients. I honor their goals & chose techniques that will best assist them in achieving them. I also include help with communication skills, such as assertiveness training - how to speak up in an appropriate successful way in personal and professional relationships.
