Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm Margo, clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience specializing in treating Anxiety, Depression and addictions. I am open to all cultures and honored to hear your life story. I partner with clients to improve mental health, relationships, work, school, parenting and dependency on alcohol and substances. It would be great to meet you, you're not alone.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of CBT, DBT, ACT, harm reduction and motivational interviewing techniques all within a strengths based framework. We can build skills that will help you have more control over your thoughts and emotions leading to greater happiness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we'll have a chance to connect and talk through the most pressing concerns that are coming up. Most people feel a sense of relief and support after that first session.
