I often use a mix of therapies in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to assist you in making strides.

During treatment, I'll assist you in learning how to implement a clearer way of looking to change your feelings for the better. Assisting in opening of paths to understand or change patterns of behaviors that you may find problematic.
