Great to meet you!

I would feel privileged to work with you to examine changes you would like to make in your life, in your communication skills and your interpersonal encounters. I will assure we work together in a meaningful culturally responsive and empowering manner. My personal goal is to assist as many individuals as I can. If this sounds like something you are interested in, please do not hesitate to book with me. I look forward to talking with you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I often use Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to assist you in making strides. With REBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience.

What you can expect from our first session

During treatment, I'll assist you in learning how to implement a clearer way of looking to change your feelings for the better.
