Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 124031) with over 20 years of experience in the helping profession. My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from California State University, San Bernardino, followed by a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. In 2005, I made the intentional decision to further my education and deepen my clinical expertise.

Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and skills trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which allows me to support clients through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges with a trauma-informed lens.

My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural responsiveness, and a belief in the transformative power of therapy. Whether working with court-ordered clients, supervising emerging clinicians, or supporting families in crisis, I strive to create a safe and empowering space for healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I approach every client with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe in meeting individuals exactly where they are—within the context of their unique life experiences—and providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for self-exploration and healing. My goal is to foster a therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Therapy offers a safe, neutral space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. It’s a place where you can improve communication, gain clarity, and foster personal growth. Whether you're navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, or seeking deeper connection in relationships, therapy provides the tools and support to help you move forward.

Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based approaches, therapy can enhance emotional resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and help you rediscover balance and purpose in your life. Every journey is unique, and I’m here to walk alongside you with respect, sensitivity, and care.
