Great to meet you!

You might look like you have it together, but still feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself. I work with teens (15+) and adults navigating stress, identity, relationships, and life transitions.

I’ve worked with children in the past, but now focus on older teens and adults, bringing that broader perspective into the work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on real-life change. Therapy should help you understand what’s going on and give you tools that actually work.

I support clients with anxiety, stress, identity, women’s issues, grief, trauma, and family dynamics. We’ll move at your pace, but with intention.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you and what brought you in. We’ll talk through what’s been going on and what you want from therapy.

You don’t need to have it all figured out—I’ll guide the conversation so you leave feeling heard and more clear on next steps.

  • Please inquire about therapy appointment times, as available times posted, are only for consults. I look forward to hearing from you!
