Great to meet you!

I've been doing social work for over 30 years and have been a licensed practitioner for 25 years. I received my MSW from Hunter College in NYC and worked there until moving to CT in 2008. I have worked in a variety of settings- inpatient hospitals, intensive outpatient psychiatric program, community health clinics and in private practice.

My approach to therapy

This world is a stressful, anxiety-provoking and often depressing place to be... it's no wonder we all struggle. It's no wonder so many of us are struggling. Still, we can figure out ways to manage all the stress and fear and pain while rebuilding your self-esteem. You deserve to feel better.

What you can expect from me

Not much to anticipate other than I'd like to get a sense of who you are and with what you'd like to get help. I'll ask you some questions about what you're looking for in coming to therapy and we will see how it goes.
