Great to meet you!

You might look like you're holding it all together on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Maybe you're overthinking, struggling in relationships, or navigating a life transition that feels harder than expected.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in both outpatient therapy and hospital-based crisis work, including emergency department settings. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, and life transitions, especially those who are used to being the “strong one” for others but are ready for space to slow down and feel supported.

My background includes working with a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, and I aim to create a space where you can step out of your day-to-day roles and focus on yourself in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and deeper exploratory approaches to help you not just manage symptoms, but better understand them.

In our work together, we’ll explore your patterns, emotional responses, and the ways you’ve learned to cope, creating space for greater awareness and intentional change. I also incorporate practical tools and strategies so you leave sessions with something you can use in your day-to-day life.

Over time, clients often experience greater clarity, increased confidence in decision-making, and more fulfilling relationships.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of comfort and trust. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current stressors, and patterns, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once, we go at a pace that feels right for you.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how I work, space to ask any questions, and an initial direction for what our work together could look like moving forward.
