Great to meet you!

I'm here to help you work through difficult events or relationships so that you feel more at peace and more yourself. Most often I work with women who want to improve their emotional intelligence and process past pain. I also see couples who want to improve their communication and ways of appreciating one another. Whether you're dealing with recent issues or long-term hurts, now is a great time to start prioritizing your well-being.

My approach to therapy

Firstly, I think having a space you feel heard and welcomed is crucial to being able to face fears and desires. Secondly, understanding your perspective is my goal through every session while gently challenging self-defeating thoughts or behaviors. Thirdly, my time with you is limited, so I like to make sure you feel supported outside of session with resources such as books, podcasts, or journaling topics.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll ask you a lot of questions to get a broad understanding of who you are, the people in your life, and what problems you're navigating. We'll slowly maneuver through difficult topics as we will figure out what major things you want to change as well as deciding on how you want to do that.
