Great to meet you!

You deserve mental health care that is thoughtful, experienced, and truly individualized.

Care is provided by a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry and Internal Medicine with over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults. Clinical experience spans hospital settings, outpatient psychiatric services, correctional health, and women’s health. Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, neurodivergence, and the connection between mental and physical health, especially for those managing ongoing health concerns.

Services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based medication management through telehealth, with a focus on helping you feel more balanced, clear, and able to manage daily life.

My work across hospital systems, correctional settings, and home-based care has shaped a practical, grounded approach to treatment. Care is focused on real-life challenges, whether related to stress, medical conditions, aging, or life transitions, with treatment plans designed to be realistic, sustainable, and clinically sound.

The approach is calm, collaborative, and respectful, with an emphasis on restoring balance, improving day-to-day functioning, and supporting long-term well-being.

Telepsychiatry is best suited for ongoing, non-urgent care and is not appropriate for acute or emergency needs. If you require immediate support or a higher level of care, in-person or emergency services are recommended.

If you’re looking for experienced psychiatric care and thoughtful medication management from a provider who understands the full picture of your health, it would be a privilege to work with you.

My approach to therapy

Chronic Disease Management – Integrated care for patients with ongoing medical and psychiatric needs.

Telepsychiatry – Adaptable and tech-savvy, ensuring seamless virtual care delivery.

🧬 GeneSight Testing

I also offer GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing, a cutting-edge tool that analyzes your DNA to understand how your body may respond to psychiatric medications. This helps us personalize your treatment, reducing trial-and-error, minimizing side effects, and improving outcomes. It’s especially helpful for individuals who’ve struggled to find the right medication or experienced adverse reactions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, discussing your goals, and reviewing your history to build a clear, personalized treatment plan. It’s a supportive space to ask questions and set the foundation for your care.
