Great to meet you!

I believe that we all have the skills and insight to make positive and lasting changes in our lives. I will provide a space where you can process and challenge the obstacles you are facing. I recognize the difficulties in being vulnerable in therapy. I am compassionate, use humor, and listen to the interests of my clients in order to build upon our therapeutic relationship. I work with adolescence and adults that are ready for positive changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a space where clients can process feelings and challenges and work to make necessary changes to feel a sense of fulfillment. I utilize person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy to help clients improve self confidence, build healthier relationships, and have a sustained balance in their life.

What you can expect from me

You will leave our sessions knowing that you have really been heard. Knowing that you have time each week where you can talk and truly feel like someone is listening is important and validating. Besides leaving with these feelings, you will learn skills and gain insight into your experiences.
