Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a therapist who takes an integrative, personalized approach to healing—drawing from IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion practices. I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I work collaboratively with each client to find what truly supports their growth.

I especially love working with people navigating ADHD, identity, relationships, anxiety, and life transitions. I also specialize in deep trauma work and support clients through a wide range of experiences—from childhood wounds to more recent life upheavals.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about knowing yourself more deeply, I provide a grounded, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome. We’ll move at your pace, with tools that help you feel safe, seen, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and client-centered. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion practices.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—our work together will be collaborative, responsive, and tailored to what you need most. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where healing can happen in both insight and embodiment. I especially enjoy working with clients who are open to exploring the deeper layers of their experiences and are ready to reconnect with their inner wisdom and self-leadership.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, supported, and more connected to themselves after our work together. You can expect a warm, creative, and relational space where your story matters. My style is caring, nonjudgmental, and intuitive—I bring both grounding presence and gentle challenge when it’s helpful.

Our sessions might focus on processing trauma, building emotional regulation skills, gaining clarity on relationships or identity, or simply creating space for you to slow down and be with yourself in a new way. Over time, my hope is that you’ll walk away feeling more empowered, self-aware, and aligned with your values and truth.
