I maintain private practices in Los Angeles and San Clemente. Working from a psychdynamic/analytial framework I work with clients dealing with grief and loss, depression and anxiety, life transtions, relationship challenges, PTSD and early childhood trauma.
I am a psychodynamic/psychoanalytical therapist and trained at the Contemporary Institute of Psychoanalysis, Los Angeles. I am an active participant in session and seek to create a safe space to develop a meaningful relational base.
The therapy alwas starts with where the client is. I am mindful of what is brought into a session and how safe the client is feeling. As in any relationship, it takes time to build a mutual understanding of one another
