Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified School Counselor (CSC) based in South Texas. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, life/career transitions, and trauma. As a certified school counselor, I have had the opportunity to provide academic, social, emotional, and mental health interventions for K-12 students.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel accepted—a place to explore your story, reconnect with your values, and find new ways forward.

What you can expect from me

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we all need a little extra support. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or just not quite yourself, I’m here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
