Great to meet you!

When our emotions are up and down and we crave stability, a change is necessary. Change is a process that happens when we feel safe and heard. I truly care for and do my best to connect with my patients with empathy and a non-judgmental perspective. I am bicultural and bilingual, I offer sessions in Spanish and English.

My approach to therapy

Every client is unique. Definitely my approaches are not a one size fits all, I blend elements of humanistic, integrative and holistic approaches to meet each of my client's needs.

What you can expect from me

You will see yourself with healthier lenses by understanding yourself, learning to calm down, prioritizing your needs, recognizing and transforming your feelings and embracing self-acceptance.
