Great to meet you!

I’m Maria, a nurse practitioner and entrepreneur dedicated to making recovery accessible, compassionate, and effective. I founded May Lily MAT — Inculcate to provide personalized, telehealth-based Suboxone treatment for individuals and families across New Jersey. My work is grounded in evidence-based care and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe healing works best when it is clinically sound, nonjudgmental, and deeply human.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered and collaborative. I take time to listen, respect your goals, and design treatment plans that fit your life. Care is provided entirely through telehealth, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of home. I rely on evidence-based treatment while staying current with best practices, and I look beyond medication alone by helping patients navigate resources and lifestyle changes that support long-term recovery.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on building trust and creating a clear plan. We will begin with introductions and an overview of how telehealth visits work, followed by a discussion of medication-assisted treatment options. You will have space to share your history, current challenges, and recovery goals in a judgment-free environment. I will complete a clinical assessment to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate, and together we will outline next steps, including medication, follow-up visits, and ongoing support. My goal is for you to leave feeling informed, supported, and confident about what comes next.
