Great to meet you!

I offer a supportive, client-centered approach to therapy, where your experiences, goals, and strengths guide our work together. I believe healing happens best when both mind and body are supported, and I incorporate gentle somatic awareness practices to help increase self-understanding and emotional balance. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

Through gentle somatic practices, reflection, and open dialogue, I support clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can unfold at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a sense of comfort and trust. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I will also ask questions about your background and current experiences to better understand how to support you.

You are not expected to share anything you’re not ready to discuss. We will move at a pace that feels safe and respectful for you. I will explain how therapy works, answer any questions, and collaborate with you to identify next steps. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clear about how we might work together moving forward.
