Great to meet you!

Hello, I am so glad that you are taking the first step to feeling the best version of you! Thank you for allowing me to walk alongside you on your journey. I am licensed in FL and have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, relationship concerns, and internal conflict. I have experience working with all ages to include children in foster care settings and school settings, families, and adults ages 18-65.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe that you have the power to make small changes that contribute to a life worth living! I use a variety of approaches in therapy based on your needs and requests. Some clinical approaches I might incorporate are: Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems.

What you can expect from me

Upon working together, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, what you hope to take away from therapy, and approaches that might be helpful in leading you to achieve your goals. Over time, I believe you will be able to discover what work would be most beneficial for you in moving forward. I do provide challenge in therapy, however the level of challenge depends on the client and level of tolerance.
