Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm really glad you're here.

I know reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, so my first goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease. I'm not here to judge or tell you what to do — I’m here to listen, support you, and figure things out together.

My style is pretty laid-back, warm, and real. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and we'll work together to help you move toward where you want to be. I pull from a few different approaches like CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and somatic tools that help with nervous system regulation — but honestly, it all comes down to finding what works best for you.

Clients often tell me they feel really safe with me, like they can just be themselves without having to filter or explain everything. I love helping people reconnect with their own strength, especially those navigating ADHD, trauma, perfectionism, or the pressure of being a first-generation success story. (All things I get on a personal level too.)

If you're looking for a space where you can be yourself, talk things through, and feel supported while you make real changes, I’d love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is all about creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly yourself. I believe that healing happens when you don’t have to filter or pretend — when you can show up just as you are, struggles and all.

In our work together, I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect. I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you tap into your own strengths and figure out what’s getting in the way. I bring in tools from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and somatic work to help with nervous system regulation, but everything we do will be tailored to what actually feels helpful for you.

I believe that therapy should feel like a collaboration, not a lecture. Sometimes that means offering new skills or ways of thinking; other times, it means just holding space while you process and make sense of things. Clients often tell me they feel seen, understood, and gently challenged in our sessions — like they have someone in their corner who believes in them but also respects their pace.

At the heart of it, my goal is to create a relationship where you feel empowered to heal, grow, and move toward the life you want — on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect to feel heard, understood, and supported — not judged or rushed. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and more connected to your own strength.

You’ll walk away with practical tools you can use in everyday life, a deeper understanding of what’s going on beneath the surface, and a growing sense of trust in yourself. Sometimes that looks like learning new coping skills or ways to manage stress; other times, it’s about processing hard experiences, setting healthier boundaries, or simply having a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.

I’m here to help you recognize your resilience, make sense of your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with who you are.

Above all, my goal is for you to feel more empowered after each session — not because I gave you all the answers, but because you remembered you already have them within you.
