Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping my clients through their healing journey. I find that many of my clients struggle with a lack of identity, loose or no boundaries, and a lack of self-awareness or emotional intelligence. I believe identity provides a foundation to learn and know your true self, setting healthy boundaries helps to establish confidence and define your needs, and self awareness allows you to track your physical and emotional feelings.

My approach to therapy

I use a wellness approach to therapy. This means that I consider you as a whole person. I use evidence based approaches to address mental health and substance use disorders. Some approaches include brain based interventions that give an understanding of how your environment, emotional, and physical behaviors interact with brain function. My goal is that you recognize how your behavior or circumstances impact you and help you develop solutions that result in real changes for your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave your sessions feeling validated, challenged, and with steps to address your concerns and tools to incorporate into your daily living.
