Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions in adults. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and working toward meaningful improvements in their well-being.

I take a collaborative and patient-centered approach to care, offering personalized medication management and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

I frequently work with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, mood changes, stress, burnout, and sleep concerns. I also provide bilingual psychiatric care in English and Spanish, offering culturally sensitive support for diverse communities.

If you are looking for guidance and support with your mental health, I would be happy to work with you.

My approach to therapy

Being empathetic is a crucial aspect of my approach to care because it allows me to establish a strong and meaningful connection with my patients. I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. Through active listening and a non-judgmental approach, I strive to build trust and encourage open communication.

One of the ways I demonstrate my commitment to my patients is by being attentive and responsive to their needs. I aim to ensure that individuals feel heard, supported, and respected throughout their treatment journey.

What you can expect from me

During our session, I will begin by introducing myself, reviewing confidentiality, and conducting a comprehensive assessment of your current concerns, symptoms, and mental health history. Based on this evaluation, we may discuss a preliminary diagnosis and explore treatment options that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, or lifestyle changes.

I encourage patients to ask questions, share any concerns, and actively participate in the discussion so we can make informed decisions together. After the session, you may receive guidance regarding follow-up appointments and additional resources to support your treatment plan.
