Great to meet you!

With over 12 years of experience supporting children and families in times of crisis, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your child is struggling and you’re not sure where to start. I am licensed in Texas and have specialized training in play therapy and parent coaching. As a play therapist, I believe parents are an essential part of the healing process, and I work closely with families to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Together, we will help your child build emotional awareness, strengthen their ability to handle frustration, and experience greater confidence and well-being, while also improving family relationships along the way. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on small, positive steps that feel manageable and encouraging.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a parent-only meeting where we will talk through your family’s needs, identify goals, and begin putting practical tools in place so you can start supporting your child right away!
