Great to meet you!

The stressors of life do not discriminate, and will find us all at some point. And while we are more than capable of handling them, we can reach a place where it feels overwhelming. It is at this place that we forget about how capable we truly are, and success feels out of reach. That is where I come in. Together we will help you find the strength you have always had to overcome your challenges, and help you develop into an even greater you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches in my counseling style (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, behavioral, social skills, etc.) focusing on strengthening mindfulness and improving self-awareness. We are all capable of more than we realize, but the burdens of life can sometimes prevent us from seeing that. This is why I seek to provide you tools and skills to improve introspection.

What you can expect from our first session

The path to true change is rarely easy, but as a team it will be less burdensome! So allow me the privilege of being a part of your journey.
