I bring 25+ years of diverse experience to our sessions, focusing on meeting clients where they are. From working through deep-seated trauma or navigating the specific challenges of community and school environments, my goal is to help you find stability and hope. I began my career working in school counseling and transitioned to mental health and substance use disorder counseling and clinical supervision in the criminal justice arena.

Trauma, grief, substance use, emotional challenges, and life transitions are just some of the areas where I have extensive experience.
