Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to provide culturally responsive services to a diverse range of clients. My professional background spans multiple settings, including extensive work with children, foster care, and adults.

I specialize in trauma-informed, client-centered therapy for children, teens, and adults. I help clients manage stress, heal from trauma, and grow personally and professionally. I use CBT, solution-focused, mindfulness, and play therapy as examples, but my approach is flexible to each individual’s unique needs.

In a safe, supportive, client-centered space, I am passionate about helping clients navigate stress, address trauma, and life transitions. I support you in building resilience, finding clarity, and progressing toward trauma recovery. Scheduled your first session using the links provided and begin exploring a path forward.

In addition to trauma-focused work, I support individuals who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in their personal or professional lives. I work collaboratively with clients who are seeking personal growth, improved coping skills, and clarity around life and career goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused interventions, mindfulness-based practices, and play therapy when working with children. These approaches are examples of the tools I may use, and treatment is always individualized; I may incorporate additional therapeutic modalities as appropriate to best meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space where clients can heal, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can share at their own pace. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals and concerns. I will also review confidentiality, answer any questions you may have about the therapy process, and begin exploring what approaches may best support you. There is no pressure to share everything at once—my goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable as we begin working together.
