I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Beaufort, South Carolina, and the founder of Wildflower Family Therapy Center. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families heal from relational trauma, attachment wounds, and the impact of unhealthy family dynamics.
Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, or trauma-related symptoms as a result of complicated or painful relationships. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients reconnect with their inner strengths, honor the protective parts of themselves, and find greater self-compassion. Together, we create space for healing that doesn’t require you to relive the past, but instead helps you feel safer and more whole in the present.
My approach is warm, nurturing, and grounded in curiosity. Whether you’re navigating family stress, grief, or the lingering effects of trauma, my goal is to help you find clarity, steadiness, and hope for the future.
