Dr. Maria Bennett

Welcome! Great to meet you. I’m Maria Bennett, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals across the lifespan. My approach to treatment is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, values, and goals. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or mood disorders, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in psychiatric mental health from Herzing University, and I’m certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). My clinical background includes experience in outpatient psychiatry, community mental health, crisis stabilization, and integrated care settings.

I offer a combination of medication management and supportive therapy. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and environment—and I often incorporate lifestyle, behavioral, and integrative strategies alongside medication when appropriate.
