Great to meet you!

I’ve been providing therapy for 10 years, and I’ve been licensed as a marriage and family therapist for 4 years.

I'm trained and have experience working with adults, couples, children, teens, and families.

Some of the things people work on with me are stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and anger.

I also work with people who have trouble with relationships, work issues, and social issues.

If you have something specific you’d like to work on with me, I’m happy to collaborate with you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

Some treatment methods I like to use are:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
  • Internal Family Systems (Parts work, Reparenting, Inner Child work)
  • Attachment-based Psychodynamics (Learning how early relationships shape our experience)
  • Trauma-Focused CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
  • Somatic processing (Using the nervous system to work with physical symptoms)

What you can expect from our first session

I enjoy providing a warm, supportive environment for people to feel safe challenging themselves to grow and learn about themselves.

I have compassion, respect, and consider myself your ally, however you identify.

As unique individuals, we each respond better to different approaches. I'm interested in what works for you!

To help you get started, I provide a 15-20 minute free consultation to help determine if we are a good fit.

I look forward to working with you!
