Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're used to carrying everything on your own. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, family dynamics, or the lasting impact of past experiences, you deserve a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. As a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and have over four years of experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you are and begin the work of healing at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in psychodynamic therapy. Together, we'll explore the deeper emotional patterns and life experiences that continue to shape your relationships, emotions, and sense of self. I also recognize that healing isn't only about understanding the past—it's about building practical tools to navigate the present. We'll identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, strengthen healthy coping strategies, and work toward creating lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I understand that starting therapy can feel both exciting and intimidating. My goal is to make your first session feel comfortable, welcoming, and free of judgment. We'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what's bringing you to therapy, exploring your background, and identifying the goals you'd like to work toward. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
