Great to meet you!

You should know that I bring both warmth and experience into the therapy space. I have over four years of experience providing therapy to individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, past trauma and emotional challenges.

My approach to therapy

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and develop tools for meaningful change. I work collaboratively with individuals to help them move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, low-pressure way. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, and what you’d like to feel or do differently in your life. There’s no expectation to share everything at once—this is a space where we move at your pace.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals for therapy I’ll also take time to understand your background, strengths, and the patterns that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.

By the end of the session, most clients leave with a clearer understanding of what to expect, a sense of relief from being heard, and a plan for how we can move forward. My goal is for you to feel supported, hopeful, and confident that you’re taking a meaningful step toward your next chapter.
