Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed by trauma, depression, or anxiety? I’m here to help. Are you or your child feeling trapped, weighed down by trauma, or overwhelmed by anxiety or depression? You don’t have to face it alone. I provide a supportive and understanding space to help you heal, regain balance, and move forward with confidence.

My path to becoming a therapist grew from a deep understanding of how profoundly trauma can affect one’s life and how powerful healing can be. This awareness sparked my passion to support others on their own journeys toward recovery, resilience, and lasting emotional growth.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and regain a sense of balance and control in their lives through a compassionate and supportive approach. I believe that healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and I respect each client’s unique values, beliefs, and life experiences. For those who wish, faith and spirituality can be incorporated as part of the healing process. Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child or an individual looking for personal healing, I provide a safe, respectful, and understanding space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and move forward with hope and confidence.”

What you can expect from me

I see therapy as a collaborative journey toward healing and growth. Together, we’ll set goals that reflect your needs, whether it’s processing trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or improving daily coping skills. As you make progress, we’ll adjust our plan to support lasting, meaningful change.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. Feeling nervous is completely normal. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you, taking it one step at a time, and I’ll provide guidance and support throughout the process.
