Great to meet you!

I believe meaningful change is possible with the right support. My counseling approach is collaborative and focused on setting goals, building skills, gaining insight into your thoughts and beliefs, and working through challenges together. With more than 19 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, life transitions, and grief. I’m passionate about helping people learn to love and accept themselves as they are while growing into who they’re becoming.

My approach to therapy

I offer therapy that is positive, practical, and free of judgment. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, so we’ll work together to understand what you’re experiencing, clarify what matters most to you, and identify realistic steps that support meaningful change. I’ll help you build on your strengths, develop useful skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be getting in the way. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can be honest, feel heard, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an introductory session to talk about your story and goals and decide what to focus on together. Each session is a space to discuss what’s on your mind, including anything that has come up since we last met. This is your time and space, and I strive to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where you can feel supported throughout the process.
