Great to meet you!

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, career transitions, relationship challenges, and the pressures of everyday life. At times, we may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or unable to move forward. Often, a little encouragement, guidance, or added support can help us regain our footing. At other times, deeper clinical care may be needed to restore a sense of well-being. Whatever you are facing, reaching out for support is a meaningful step, and you do not have to take it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care, with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as my primary modality. I also bring creativity to our work, tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals. Whether you are seeking occasional guidance or more consistent clinical support, I will partner with you throughout the process. Therapy asks for time and commitment from both of us, and while the work may not always feel easy, you will not have to navigate it on your own.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will make space for you to share what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. Together, we can explore the kind of support that may be most helpful and begin to consider whether my approach feels like a good fit. You are welcome to ask questions and learn more about how I work. I look forward to meeting you and starting that conversation at a pace that feels comfortable.
