Great to meet you!

My passion for helping others began while working with children with learning disabilities. Seeing their needs beyond the classroom sparked my commitment to the field of counseling psychology. After earning my Master’s degree, I developed a specialization in supporting individuals who are neurodivergent, including those with Dyslexia, Autism, and ADHD. I also have experience working with clients who are navigating self-harm, suicidal ideation, and mild eating disorders. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and accepted—meeting each person with empathy, compassion, and without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I have a laid-back, flexible approach to therapy. Everyone has something going on. I believe in supporting the whole person by helping clients build self-awareness, resilience, and self-acceptance. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based theories, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Together, we work to develop healthier thinking patterns and behaviors that support lasting growth. Above all, I strive to create a warm, safe space where clients feel comfortable exploring change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe space to talk about whatever is most important to them at that moment. Through discussion, clients will be able to gain insight, self-awareness, and confidence as they work toward meaningful goals. I offer individualized treatment plans in a safe, supportive, judgment-free space where we explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns together. My goal is to help clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools for lasting growth.
