Great to meet you!

I am a mother of a teenager in college and the founder of Mind Set Collective in El Segundo, CA. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and have worked at diverse agencies to gain experience serving clients of all ages and with various challenges. I am truly passionate about helping others understand the biology of stress and teaching skills that heal and balance the nervous system.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe and accepting environment for my clients to identify, explore, and express their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. I help empower my clients to create their desired change by building awareness and insight into the symptoms and behaviors that are impacting their lives.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will explore the biology of traumatic stress and learn tools to return your nervous system to balance. This path allows you to feel fully present and engaged in life, building the capacity to experience all emotions without becoming overwhelmed. By practicing simple, mind-body wellness skills, we will work on moving you out of survival mode and into a life where you feel truly connected, grounded, and engaged in your life.

Note: I provide Superbills for my Out-Of-Network clients.
