Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2013 and have most recently completed a post graduate advanced studies Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. I specialize in anxiety disorders and development of healthier choices for wellness. I have worked in various settings including schools, community-based care, residential, and agencies.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety disorders and development of healthier choices for wellness. My clients are often individuals and families who know setting a therapeutic objective is important for improving their well-being and are looking to implement the strategies that will assist in enhancing their everyday wellness. Each client has a unique situation and needs specialized techniques —whether that's through individual therapy techniques, learning coping skills, or addressing workplace stressors.

What you can expect from our first session

At our first session, we will start with brief introductions and then begin to explore the specific difficulties you're experiencing. This will help me create a tailored treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. My goal is to ensure that every client has the strategies they need to modulate and mitigate their symptoms.
