Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 14 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported, so I focus on building a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship from the start.

I see therapy as an active partnership where we work together to better understand the challenges you’re facing, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools to help create meaningful and lasting change. My style is engaged, interactive, and supportive, while also offering honest feedback and guidance along the way. I believe people are naturally capable of growth and healing, even during difficult times. I use Feedback Informed Treatment, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction techniques.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel supportive, conversational, and judgment-free. Our initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore the goals or changes you hope to achieve. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and heard.

During this first session, we’ll begin exploring your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and any challenges you may be facing. We’ll also discuss what has or hasn’t been helpful for you in the past and begin identifying goals for our work together. My approach is collaborative, so I encourage open communication and want clients to feel like active participants in the therapeutic process.

By the end of the session, my hope is that clients leave feeling supported, understood, and more hopeful about the path forward.
