Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a space where you can explore what’s happening with honesty and compassion.

I draw from evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic insights, while always tailoring my approach to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work to uncover patterns, build insight, and develop practical strategies that help you move toward clarity and meaningful change.

Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and direct in a kind way. I value humor when it’s helpful, and I work to foster a relationship where you feel safe enough to be real—even when it’s hard.

Reaching out takes courage, and finding the right fit is key. If you're looking for someone who will listen deeply, challenge gently, and walk alongside you at your pace, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I came to this work because I’ve seen how powerful it can be to have someone to help navigate life’s most overwhelming or uncertain moments. My own experiences with change, loss, and growth have taught me the value of showing up with presence, curiosity, and compassion.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work, and am a licensed LCSW. I have practicing for 22 years. Before entering private practice, I worked in community mental health, and hospitals, which deepened my understanding of how people from all walks of life experience and cope with emotional challenges.

Who I Work With

I work with adults and teens facing a range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety, stress, and overthinking
  • Life transitions (career changes, divorce, parenthood, grief)
  • Relationship and communication issues
  • Low self-esteem and perfectionism
  • Attatchment concerns

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to gain more than just insight—you’ll develop practical tools and a deeper understanding of yourself that you can carry into your daily life. My goal isn’t just to help you “cope,” but to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.
