Great to meet you!

I have practiced as a school psychologist for over 20 years, working with adolescents and their families. I am trained in behavior analysis, with experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. I obtained masters degrees in both School and Clinical/Behavioral Psychology, and a doctorate in Psychology. I have obtained certificates of training in Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Behavior Analysis and Addictive Behavior.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I view myself as a partner in treating people. I employ a strengths-based focus that builds on competencies. Although I have a strong background in behavior and cognitive-behavioral approaches, I adopt a holistic, eclectic perspective to be responsive to the unique needs of the person I am working with.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to provide a relaxed and supportive environment. A main objective is to empower others to gain skills and acquire a sense of mastery in participating in the process of change.
