A bit about my approach to therapy

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that helps people change their thoughts and behaviors to manage problems. It's often used to treat depression and anxiety, but it can also help with other mental and physical health issues. CBT is based on the idea that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are closely linked. During sessions, you work with a therapist to explore your thoughts and feelings, and agree on activities to do between sessions. CBT can be short-term, lasting 5 to 20 sessions. CBT can help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns and break down problems in a different way. CBT can help you learn to cope with and manage problems in your life.

EMDR

EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based approach that goes beyond surface-level healing to address the root of trauma and emotional distress. If you're looking to truly transform your life, EMDR offers a way to help them process and release what’s been holding them back, allowing for deep and lasting change.
