Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, emotional overwhelm, and substance use challenges. I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Latino Mental Health from Antioch University and have experience working in both residential treatment and outpatient settings. I speak Spanish fluently and strive to create a supportive, welcoming space where clients feel understood and comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help clients feel heard while supporting them through meaningful growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, ACT, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and build practical coping skills. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use challenges, and life stressors. I believe therapy should feel supportive, nonjudgmental, and move at a pace that feels comfortable for each person

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be supportive, relaxed, and focused on getting to know their experiences, concerns, and goals for therapy. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing at their own pace without pressure. Together, we’ll begin identifying challenges, strengths, and areas of growth while discussing what they hope to gain from therapy. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of the therapy process moving forward.
