Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Latina BIPOC therapist who is bicultural and specializes in trauma, which is often at the root of anxiety and depression. I work with individuals who feel torn between cultures and struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, guilt, or shame. I help my clients better understand and manage their anxiety so they can reconnect with themselves, feel more grounded, and build a more fulfilling life and healthier relationships.

My approach to therapy

Initially I provide clients with psycho-education, skills and tools to help them improve their daily life. Once they are more stable I will start getting into the root of the problem with EMDR. Finally we will work on navigating their life from this new light that they have found.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to feel validated, heard, understood and hopeful. I create a safe, compassionate and non judgmental environment, where we both use curiosity to explore what is going on and I will help them find their inner power to heal themselves
