Great to meet you!

Seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor: I worked & continue to work with clients from the ages of 5-60 years of age who present with various challenges throughout the different stages of their lives. I use a warm and humorous approach to create a safe and unbiased space & use treatment that is specific to the individual. I aim to offer an experience that provides motivation & growth with support & a strength-based approach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a Culturally Sensitive Approach integrated with Client-Centered, and/or CBT, Mindfulness, Gestalt, & Supportive therapy to support client's self-actualization & with breaking barriers such as symptoms and/or environmental factors impacting the wellbeing and overall psychological, emotional and behavioral balance.

What you can expect from our first session

Warm acceptance & a clear understanding of boundaries, expectations, goals, & coping skills. Client's will be able to identify their strengths & ways to live a productive and healthy life; they will learn acceptance and how to normalize their feelings.
