Great to meet you!

Welcome! Life is a journey but sometimes we just feel stuck. We encounter stress with work, relationships, children, school and we are not sure what will help. I can teach you tools to help navigate through life's stressors so it does not feel as overwhelming.

I have worked as an educator, school counselor, adult substance abuse and mental illness therapist, and many other backgrounds and ages. I am LGBTQ+ supportive.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be individualized for each client's needs. I use a variety of approaches to facilitate change including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused, EMDR, and IFS. I feel I am non-judgmental, with a warm, yet direct approach. I will focus on correcting negative or harmful thought patterns to help you make positive behavioral changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

We all face challenges in our life that are difficult to cope with and you do not have to face it alone. Choose to invest in yourself and let me help you start living out your fullest potential.
