Great to meet you!

My main areas of focus include women's issues, grief/life adjustments, trauma, anxiety and depression. I am trained in EMDR and Reiki Level III offering a unique approach to emotional, mental and energetic wellness of each individual. I utilize a Trauma-Focused lens as we all experience impacts to our nervous system throughout life to some degree. I have experience working with children ages 4-18 for 6 years and adults 18-65 years old for of various demographics, ethnicities and treatment needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in meeting clients where they are at. I seek to understand each individual holistically, including their backgrounds and the strengths they already possess to provide an individualized approach. Through establishing a strong alliance, I partner with my clients to explore and address thought and behavior patterns that serve as barriers to enjoying life fully.

What you can expect from our first session

We live in a world that will break us open at times, beckoning us to grow and overcome and we aren’t meant to walk this journey of life alone. I would be honored to hold space for you to help facilitate connection with your own inner healer, as all of the answers and medicine is held inside of our Self. I am here to walk with and support you as you heal and regain parts of yourself back as a whole sovereign being.
