Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I believe vulnerability is not a weakness, but one of our greatest strengths and that asking for help is a courageous step toward healing. I’ve worked in the behavioral health field for 11 years, supporting individuals navigating trauma and addiction. I’m passionate about helping people understand how these experiences shape their lives and providing the support they need to heal, grow, and move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that I’m not here to be right, but to get it right with you. I’m here to walk alongside you as we work toward understanding, growth, and meaningful change, all driven by you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’re free to share whatever you feel comfortable sharing. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or tell your whole story at once. From there, we’ll build together, brick by brick, creating a foundation that feels safe, supportive, and true to you. I believe in progress over perfection, and we’ll move at a pace that allows you to feel supported while continuing to grow and work toward the life you want.
